At Rawbloq, every piece is created on demand and shipped with intent. We don’t stockpile—we produce. This ensures exclusivity, reduces waste, and maintains our quality standard.

Order Processing

Each order goes through a carefully managed production cycle.

  • All products are made-to-order
  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days
  • Once production is complete, your order is dispatched

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Timeline

After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • We may offer free shipping on select offers or minimum order value

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking link via email/SMS
  • Real-time updates on your delivery status

Delays

While we aim for precision, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather or unforeseen disruptions

If your order is delayed beyond expected timelines, reach out to us—we’ll take care of it.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability

The courier may reattempt delivery. In case of return-to-origin (RTO), re-shipping charges may apply.

Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • COD is  available on all orders
  • Additional handling charges may apply

Currently, Rawbloq ships within India.
