At Rawbloq, every piece is created on demand—crafted individually once your order is placed. This allows us to maintain exclusivity, reduce waste, and deliver designs that are truly yours.

Because of this, our return policy is intentionally streamlined.

No Returns. No Noise.

All Rawbloq pieces are made-to-order.
This means we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference-based concerns (color, fit, or style)

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order. Precision matters.

When We Make It Right

We stand behind our quality. If something isn’t right, we fix it.

You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)
  • With a clear manufacturing or print defect

To resolve your issue quickly, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A close-up of the issue

Seamless Replacement

Once approved:

  • Your item will be reproduced and shipped at no cost
  • No returns required—we keep it simple

Refunds (If Needed)

If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund.

  • Processed to your original payment method
  • Completed within 5–7 business days after approval

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders move fast—because we do.

  • Modifications or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order
  • After this, production begins, and changes can’t be made

The Fine Print (Minimal, but Important)

  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences
  • Minor placement variations are part of the production process
  • Ensure your shipping details are accurate—once shipped, we can’t reroute orders
